Which currencies can I receive guest payments in?
Payment processors support more than 135 currencies, allowing you to charge customers in their preferred currency.
In what currencies can I sell on my website?
By entering your payment information on the dashboard, you can choose between the different currencies that we support. You can modify your default currency at any time.
Can I receive payments in my local currency?
Payments for reservations are made in US dollars or Mexican pesos. If you want to receive payments in multiple currencies, we recommend using global payment accounts such as Payoneer or Transferwise.
When will my reservations get paid?
Reservations are paid once the guest has slept in your hotel. Payments are made every Monday, and will correspond to bookings slept during the past week.
What happens if the guest cancels a reservation?
If a guest cancels a reservation, the refund will depend on your hotel’s cancellation policy, or if it is a cancellation due to force majeure.
Are commissions refundable?
In case of applying a refund to a guest, both GuruHotel and payment processor commissions are refundable.
